SUP YOGA

Combining Yoga and Stand Up Paddling  to teach  proper breathing, movement and being present  in every aspect of life.

This unique exercise blend will help you build on your body’s overall strength, stability and flexibility. Combining breath with movement on a floating platform, you’re sure to find moments of fun, laughter and focus.

The classes are designed to cater for all levels, from those with no prior yoga or SUP experience  to serious practitioners of both, who would like to leap into a dynamic, joyful and safe yoga practice on the water.

Rates

€35 per person

For groups of 3 or more, €25 per person

Sessions take place at St George's Bay St. Julian's or Mellieha Bay.

Sessions depend on the weather.

Equipment provided at location. 

Private Yoga on Land

Available upon request. 

€30 per person (minimum of 2 persons)

Yoga mats and equipment provided by the instructor. 

Private Yoga Sessions can be organised in any preferred location.
